Design

We LOVE the excitement and challenge of custom projects. We have created innovative office spaces for our most inspired customers. Our team will embrace your ideas and mold them into a functional working plan. We carefully take into consideration your needs and work to intergrate new furniture with your existing whenever necessary. We can modify our standard products to accommodate your style, work habits, and environment. We can also create unique pieces specifically to suit your office framework. We can design and install any of our products “wall to wall” with no additional lead-time. As your company grows, we will grow with you. We never discontinue lines of furniture.

Sales

The Sales Team is where the job begins. An Account Manager and a Designer meet with each client to discuss their plan.

They will Establish goals, collect facts, determine needs, and uncover problem areas.

After the initial meeting, the Designer will create an effective space plan for your particular needs, using AutoCad. We will deliver drawings and a quote for your entire project.

Once the final plan is approved, the Production Team double checks all details and puts your project to order. A standard job takes 4 weeks from the time final decisions are made and a deposit is received.

This team is available throughout the manufacturing process to answer questions and alleviate any uncertainties.

Fabrication Department

This team of dedicated individuals produces remanufactured panels and new tackboards. In addition, they reupholster seating, professionally clean and, if necessary, repair ROI’s used office furniture. Furniture coming out of this department looks like new - exceptional value at great savings!

Woodshop Department

The woodshop is the heart and soul of ROI.

This group of detail-orientated professionals manufacture worksurfaces for workstations, all private office furniture, conference and training facility furniture, as well as a variety of office accessories such as bookcases, pedestals, laterals and wardrobe closets.

Paintshop

Attention to detail is a must here! ROI can remanufacture Knoll Product for workstations or re-paint exiting furniture such as desks, files and cabinets. Your office can receive a fresh, updated look within your budget. ROI uses a four-step paint process for all applications: 1) all products are sanded down, 2) a lacquer wash is given to ensure a dust-free unit, 3) Sherwin Williams Polane Primer is applied, and lastly 4) 700T Polane Paint is applied.

Installation

ROI has an experienced staff who will deliver and professionally install your order. On larger projects, a member of the Sales Team will be present at the installation. We guarantee that our furniture will meet your expectations!
