Jamie Leonard, Creative Director
Jamie Leonard, our Creative Director, was named a winner of the Global Future Design Award in 2024, adding to a career of design accolades spanning nearly two decades—from ASID First Place wins early in her residential design career to a Crain's Chicago Coolest Office Space Award more recently.
Julie Hartman, Commercial Team Lead
Julie Hartman, our Commercial Team Lead, earned two ASID Design Excellence Awards in 2024, recognizing standout commercial interior design projects both under and over 3,000 square feet, building on her 2022 World Design Award win.
This isn't a one-off. Both designers have been earning recognition for years, which says as much about the culture behind their work as it does about any single project.
Growth Built into the Culture
Jamie and Julie's paths at Rieke didn't start where they are now. Jamie began in residential design before growing into overseeing every project as Creative Director. Julie started on the furniture side of the business before building out full commercial interior environments. That kind of growth reflects a workplace that invests in its people's development, not just their output.
