Heartland Produce has been of client of Rieke Interiors for over 15 years. We have worked with the client as they have grown from a small produce company located in Elgin, IL to one of the largest fresh produce distributors in Wisconsin. Their newest location in Kenosha is a 200,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility. During the planning of this facility, Bill and Ryan Dietz wanted not only the produce distribution to be state of the art but also the office environment to follow suit. We had many meetings with the client and architect to discuss the workflow of the office and the aesthetic. It was very important for both Bill and Ryan that their teams work in a comfortable and inspiring space. We worked together to create a work environment that was focused on the team’s collaboration. The breakroom design was an important piece of the project. Both Bill and Ryan wanted an inspiring cooking kitchen that their teams would use daily. We had a lot of fun in this space with the custom wall covering and finishes!
